- Fades grow out fast, so if you want that crisp look, book every 2 weeks.
📌 Medium-length styles (e.g. side part, classic cut):
- Every 4-5 weeks to maintain shape while allowing for some natural growth.
📌 Longer styles (e.g.slick back, mullet, longer textured cuts):
- Every 6-8 weeks, longer hair is more forgiving, so fewer trims needed.
- If growing it out, a quick trim every 8 weeks helps keep it healthy.
💡 Tip: Want to always look sharp? Book your next cut before leaving the shop—regulars do it for a reason.
A skin fade gradually blends the hair from completely shaved (skin) to longer lengths. It takes more skill, time, and precision than a standard cut.

- Lasts about 2-3 weeks before it grows out

Absolutely! In fact, we recommend it. It makes sure you and your barber are on the same page.
📌 How to get the best result:
- Show 1-2 clear pictures (not 10 different ones—keep it simple).
- Let your barber advise on how it suits your hair type & face shape.
- Be realistic – some cuts require specific hair density, texture, or face shape.
💡 Tip: If you're after a skin fade, textured crop, or longer style, showing both the front and side profile helps us nail it exactly.
Your barber’s styling technique is half of it—the right products and tools are the other half.
📌 Follow these steps to recreate the look at home:
1️⃣ Start with a clean, towel-dried base. Use a quality shampoo & conditioner (we recommend American Crew or Uppercut Deluxe).
2️⃣ Use a pre-styler (optional). If you want volume or hold, apply a sea salt spray or volumizing mousse before drying.
3️⃣ Blow-dry in the direction of your style. Use a round brush for volume or a vent brush for control.
4️⃣ Choose the right styling product:
- Matte Clay / Paste → For a natural, textured finish.
- Pomade → For a classic, slick, shiny look.
- Cream / Wax → For flexible hold and definition.
5️⃣ Apply product properly: Rub a small amount between your hands until evenly spread (no clumps). Work through dry hair from back to front for an even application.
6️⃣ Lock it in (optional): If needed, finish with a light mist of hairspray for hold.
💡 Tip: Ask your barber what specific product & technique they used so you can replicate it perfectly.
We get it, plans change. But to be fair to our barbers, we ask for at least 2 hours’ notice for cancellations.
📌 Cancellation Policy:
- More than 2 hours before your appointment → No charge.
- Less than 2 hours before → 50% of the service price.
- No-show (without notice) → 100% of the service price.
💡 Tip: Need to reschedule? Do it as soon as possible to avoid fees.
We allow a 10-minute grace period if you're running late.

- 🚶♂️ 0-10 minutes late? No worries, we’ll get you in.
- ⏳ 10+ minutes late? Your appointment may be shortened or rushed.
- 💨 15+ minutes late? We may need to cancel your slot and charge a no-show fee.
💡 Tip: If you're running behind, call ahead and we’ll try to accommodate you.
Your satisfaction is our priority, but we don’t offer refunds once a service is completed.

- 💬 Let us know before you leave the shop—we’ll do our best to adjust it for free.
- ✂️ If you spot something after leaving, contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll rectify any issues.
- 👀 Bring a reference photo next time so we can nail your preferred style.
