Cancellation and No-Show Policy

At Barbersmiths, we value your time and ours. To keep things running smoothly for everyone, we’ve put a few policies in place regarding cancellations, no-shows, and punctuality.

Cancellations

Over 2 Hours: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at no cost if it’s done more than 2 hours before your scheduled time.

Under 2 Hours: Cancellations made within 2 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service value.

No-Shows

If you don’t show up for your appointment and haven’t informed us, 100% of the service value will be charged.

Clients who no-show twice or more within a six-month period without a valid reason will be blocked from booking future appointments with us.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand life happens. Fees may be waived under extreme circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen personal crises, if you contact us immediately.

Punctuality

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, which could incur a fee.

Reminders

You’ll receive an email and text reminder 3 hours before your appointment to help you avoid any surprises.

Please ensure your contact details are kept up to date to receive reminders and other important communications.

Important Notes

We don’t require a deposit to book, but card details are collected when you create your account. These details will only be used to charge for late cancellations or no-shows, as per this policy.
